7. you have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions:
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons by means of a clear declaration to Darwin’s Daughter, e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall be sufficient to comply with the revocation period.
The revocation is to be addressed to Darwin’s Daughter, Karlstraße 16 in 65185 Wiesbaden. In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) shall be surrendered. You are obliged to return the goods received from Darwin’s Daughter to Darwin’s Daughter at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your notification of the exercise of the right of revocation. The deadline is met if you have sent the goods to the above address of Darwin’s Daughter before the expiry of the 14-day period. The costs and risk of returning the goods are to be borne by you. In return, Darwin’s Daughter is obliged to refund to you all payments received from you for the delivery of the goods without charging you any additional costs or fees. The time limit for refund is 14 days from receipt by Darwin’s Daughter of your notice of exercise of the right of cancellation and receipt of the goods returned by you or provision by you of proof that you have returned the goods to Darwin’s Daughter.
If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate Darwin’s Daughter for the loss of value. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their examination – as it would have been possible for you in a shop. For the rest, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value.

The right to revoke the contract exists independently of your warranty claims if the goods should have defects. If there is a defect covered by warranty, you are entitled to demand supplementary performance, to withdraw from the contract or to reduce the purchase price within the framework of the statutory provisions.
8. In the event of a return of the goods, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs (delivery and return), insofar as these were not additionally charged at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract and invoicing.
9. The return of negotiated goods (price agreements) is not permitted – all negotiation agreements are final.
